Auckland Student Apartment Project

Project background: Due to the housing shortage around Auckland University Town, we have adopted a modular container solution to rapidly construct student apartments.
Solution:
Convert a container into a single/double apartment, equipped with an independent bathroom and a small kitchen.
The container is stacked on two levels, reinforced with steel structures, and covered with wooden white decorative panels on the exterior, incorporating local architectural styles.
Internally, environmentally friendly insulation materials are used to solve the problem of winter humidity in New Zealand.
Advantages:
The construction period has been shortened by 40%, and the cost is 25% lower than traditional buildings.
